Initial Design
With your vision in mind, we move to the initial design phase. Our designers will create a detailed 2D layout that maximizes the use of your space while incorporating the desired elements. This includes selecting appropriate furniture styles, materials, and configurations that promote an engaging and effective learning environment. We will then utilize advanced design software to produce a 3D visual representation of the proposed layout, allowing you to see how the space will look and function. You can easily make changes to furnishings or finishes in real-time during this 3D walkthrough. Plus, if you need more options, your designer can create multiple variations for you to review and compare.
If outside approval is needed, your designer can also take high-definition pictures of any part of your space and email them to you for easy sharing.

Design Approval & Equipment Selection
Once the initial design is finalized, your approval is needed before the final order is placed. This phase involves a thorough review of the proposed design and equipment list to ensure every detail aligns with your vision and specifications. Our team will guide you through the selection of high-quality furniture and equipment, providing detailed information on each item. We coordinate with trusted suppliers to verify availability and finalize your order, ensuring all selections meet your quality standards and functional requirements. Your approval at this stage confirms that the design and selected equipment perfectly meet your needs.
Delivery & Installation
Next, our team will review the delivery and installation options to find the one that best fits your needs. We offer a turn-key solution where items are delivered to a specific area within your building, assembled, and placed into the space according to the floor plan. Based on your chosen delivery and installation method, we will ensure you are prepared to receive your items and will keep you informed of any delays or changes. If the turn-key option is selected, our team will unload the truck, bring items into your room, and set up your classroom. This ensures your space is fully functional and ready for your students to learn and enjoy.
