Slip cards into UV-resistant, clear vinyl pockets along the mat to start rhyming games. Double-sided cards feature a picture with a corresponding written word on each side. As kids move along the crawl mat, they determine a rhyme to go with whatever words or pictures their hands land on. They can also learn about numbers 1-10, or learn the difference between left and right following handprints. This activity intentionally combines full-body movement with cognitive thinking in an effort to help kids remember the rhymes.
The heavy-duty vinyl mat is easy to clean and ideal for use indoors or out. It features grommets in each corner to secure the mat outdoors when using your own stakes. Set includes mat (7'10"L x 2'W; 2 lb) and 30 cards (9-1/4" sq). Ages 2 to 5.
