Help kids develop a stronger connection between their body and mind during fun mindfulness activities. The pack includes open-ended items that encourage kids to get creative as they learn calming techniques.

- Mindful Kids Cards. Incorporate mindfulness into activities using double-sided cards. One side features a colorful illustration about the activity, while the other side has concise instructions to guide kids through the movements. Each laminated card is 5-1/2"W x 7-1/4"H.
