Constructed of solid maple and Baltic birch plywood, clear unbreakable Lexan Windows, 3-Coats of waterborne finish and beige carpeting on the deck and steps. Assembly required. It is designed for placement in the back/right corner of a room. Measures 7'3"W x 9'D x 94"H, 52"H platform, 49"H head clearance. Ages 3 to 8.
